These terms apply to your use of the HALOBLK Canada online store and purchases made through it. References to “we,” “us” and “our” mean HALOBLK Canada.

Using Our Store

You must have the legal capacity to make a purchase or permission from a parent or legal guardian. Do not use this website for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement of others’ rights or interference with its security.

Products & Compatibility

Review the product description and compatibility information before ordering. For vehicle accessories, check your vehicle model, model year, wheel size and wheel type.

If compatibility is unclear, contact us before purchasing or installing the product. Follow all installation and safety instructions supplied with your purchase.

Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and discounts are shown at checkout before payment.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. You must be authorised to use the payment method you provide.

Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change the agreed price of an existing order without your consent.

Orders & Customer Information

Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details. Contact us promptly if you discover an error.

If an item is unavailable, an order appears fraudulent or a material listing error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue. We will not substitute an item or increase the price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil an order and cancel it, payments collected for the cancelled items will be refunded.

Shipping Within Canada

We deliver exclusively to addresses within Canada. Orders are dispatched from our Canada East or Canada West warehouse, depending on availability and destination.

Standard order preparation takes 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Any different processing arrangements will be identified on the relevant product page or communicated to you.

Transit times vary by destination and carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Please review our Shipping Policy for further details.

No Shipping Insurance

HALOBLK Canada does not offer Seel protection or shipping insurance. Contact us directly if a parcel is missing or damaged. The absence of insurance does not remove our obligations or your rights under applicable law.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Our Refund Policy explains how to request a return, exchange, refund or warranty assessment. Obtain return instructions before sending products back.

Any voluntary return restrictions or warranty exclusions remain subject to your statutory rights.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Do not send full payment card details or card security codes by email.

Website Content & Third Parties

Website content and branding may not be used commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder. External websites and payment services have their own terms and privacy practices.

Consumer Rights & Applicable Law

These terms are subject to applicable Canadian federal, provincial and territorial laws. They do not exclude mandatory warranties, limit remedies that cannot legally be limited or prevent you from exercising consumer rights available where you reside.

Updated terms will be posted on this page for future use and purchases. Changes will not retrospectively alter an existing order without your agreement, except where required by law.
